COMPANY HISTORY

ELCID RESOURCE SOLUTIONS INC. (ERSI) started its operation in December 2022, and established to streamline the operation in the market territory of Visayas & Mindanao.

Further, ERSI is subsidiary of Kirkate Enterprise, an Engineering- Procurement- Construction Company for Electrical, Electronics &Mechanical works based in Cavite, Philippines. The company has active certificates in PCAB, Philgeps, Custom, PEZA and other Government & Private Accreditation Certificates.

Kirkate Enterprise started its operation with Electrical Supplies and Consultancy. The unprecedented demand of technology- related services & products, brought by the significant rise of residential, commercial and industrial establishments, have made the Company engage in a more innovative and higher business opportunities.

Eight years of experience has expanded the company’s services, to be one of the emerging electrical-mechanical engineering trade companies, which offer negotiable and innovative services ranging from supplies & trading, design & consultancy, project management, new installation, repair on generators & motors and preventive maintenance.

The Company has also, an partnership and collaboration with Local and International Firms in South-east Asia. This is to boost and strengthen our position to become the fastest growing SME in the Philippines.

On 2020, the company has established Bewired Philippines Corporation, its first wholly owned subsidiary, with the sole purpose of operating its Manufacturing of Capacitor Banks, Switchgears & Panel Boards, Repair works for Generators& Motors, and Preventive Maintenance Services

On 2021 and 2022, the company streamlined its business engagement and create two wholly owned subsidiaries-- Elcid Resource Solutions Inc. for Mechanical& Structural Works, and Puthaws Industries Inc. for Architectural metal works.
